Ryan McCaffrey, over on IGN First, revealed today that Forza Horizon 2 will be coming to Xbox One & Xbox 360 Fall 2014.
Playground Studios will be developing Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One using Forza Motorsport 5’s engine in collaboration with Turn 10. Sumo Digital will be developing Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox 360 using Forza Horizon 1’s engine.
The long awaited weather system will make it’s debut in Forza Horizon 2 and the drivatar system from Forza Motorsport 5 is being adapted in Forza Horizon 2. Contrary to previous rumors, Forza Horizon 2 will take place in, “Southern Europe, leading to, in Fulton’s words, “incredible diversity” and “amazing vistas.” A musical event, like Forza Horizon 1, will be what the game revolves around.

I would suggest setting up a wordpress account and start by simply creating a blog. I would try to focus on one thing until you can figure out how exactly you would like to move forward with it, then you could upgrade and buy a domain name if you are serious about it.
